Payal Singhal is a leading South Asian fashion house established in 1999. The focus is on modern Indian bridal and occasion wear laden with global appeal. While history and culture are starting points, tradition is approached with a renewed outlook to give every collection present-day relevance.

The quintessential #PSGirl is well-travelled, individualistic and fashion-forward. She is rooted but isn't afraid to venture beyond boundaries. So, the hallmark of each Payal Singhal ensemble is easy transition from traditional to non-traditional settings. The brand's signature aesthetic is contemporary and minimalistic, with a vintage heart. The emphasis has always been wearability, comfort, value for money and effortless impact.

To give our quality and design conscious patrons an all-encompassing taste of the world of PS, the brand is rapidly growing into a coveted lifestyle brand with new launches in the fields of footwear, jewellery, home decor, weddings, lifestyle products, accessories and more.

Payal Singhal grew up in an environment steeped in fashion, films and art. She hails from a design family - her grandfather is renowned artist and photographer J.P. Singhal, and her father is designer and entrepreneur Dinesh Singhal of London Fashions. Creative thinking is not just in her DNA, but was also an essential component of her upbringing.

Born in Mumbai, Singhal was drawn to sketching and designing from an early age. She created her first couture look at the young age of 15. Her talent received much adulation as she was awarded the 'Designer of the Year Award' by Shopper's Stop, and her winning look was worn by then Miss World Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

Singhal further honed her skills by graduating in fashion design from SNDT Women's University, Mumbai. She also pursued summer school at The Parsons School of Design, New York and certificate design courses at the Fashion Institute of Technology, New York before launching her eponymous label in 1999.

Singhal is an industry innovator focused on building a brand that is accessible, relevant and forward thinking.

"I've always been passionate about giving traditional wear contemporary relevance. The quintessential #PSGirl is cool, confident and a connoisseur of art and culture."
