- Prices do not include duties or tariffs for any country. Custom duties, tariffs and other levies (if applicable) in the destination country are to be paid by you, the customer, and Payal Singhal Design House LLP will not be held liable to pay, or prepay or post pay any additional amount in regards to any charges applicable by local authorities for the delivery of your order.
- Since all our products are custom made, we do not offer any refund or partial refund or an exchange in product nor do we accept any returns. Once an order has been successfully placed and you receive your order confirmation email, it is deemed, understood and acknowledged by you that you will not be able to cancel your order under any circumstances. You also waive your right to refuse to accept an order that is being delivered by a verified, legitimate and known courier company. By placing this order you also waive your right to attempt a chargeback via your Banking partner or your Credit Card provider against this order placed by you. Since all our terms and conditions are clearly mentioned on our website and this ordering policy has been read before placing this order, you waive the right to challenge and refuse payment for the goods or services delivered/provided by us. If there are any manufacturing defects or the delivery has reached you 7 business days after the published delivery date on our website, we request you to please contact our Customer Support team on CS@payalsinghal.com and we will arrange to connect with you over a WhatsApp call or text within 48 hours of receiving your email to amicably resolve your concerns. If you choose to directly apply a chargeback against Payal Singhal Design House LLP before attempting to amicably resolve a concern, it will be considered as a fraudulent activity and we will not be able to support you anymore regarding your order, and we will take all necessary steps to protect our interests and challenge the chargeback.
- While every endeavour will be made to accurately reproduce colours, there may be slight variations in colour of the actual product because of the nature of fabrics & dyes.
- The colour of the outfit might also vary from what you see on your computer screen.
- We do not save or share any credit card or payment information of our customers. All transactions are managed by third-party payment gateways that guarantee complete privacy and the latest online security measures to ensure your information is encrypted & secure. These contents of our policies are being sent since you have successfully placed this order and it is deemed to be understood that you have gone through our privacy policy and read the 'Collection of Information' section in the privacy and cookies policy.
- Please allow up to 4–6 weeks for processing and delivery of your order. Some items that are purchased from the ‘ready to ship’ section will be dispatched within 3 to 4 business days from the date of receiving your order.

- All transactions are subject to Mumbai, India jurisdiction.
