Shipping Information

Product delivery status details will be available on payalsinghal.com once the product has been dispatched. Alternatively, customer can write in to cs@payalsinghal.com with Order Details and the order status/tracking details will be provided, as the case may be.

If in case the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect due to which we are unable to deliver the product(s), in that case the order will be considered completed and no refund will be given. The company will attempt one more time to deliver the product after taking proper address from the customer and the customer will have to pay for the additional shipping charges.

If there are any delays in product shipment, Payal Singhal Design House LLP will inform the customer with updates on new dispatch timings and details.

Shipping Methods and Cost
We deliver to more than 200 countries around the world, and use premium shipping service/logistics providers (B4 Express, Merchants Courier, Blue Dart, Wefast, etc, for domestic shipping within India and DHL, FedEx, etc. for international shipping), as applicable. Free shipping within India on purchases above Rs.5000. Rs. 300 is charged for shipping within India if purchases are below Rs. 5000.

International shipping charges are as follows USA $50, United Kingdom $55, Canada $55, Australia $55, and the Rest of the World $50.

The customer would be responsible for all Duties, tariffs and local taxes if applicable in your country.

When Do We Deliver
All orders are attempted to be delivered within the shipping timelines mentioned on the respective product pages. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.

Taxes & Duties
For Indian Customers, product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. For International Customers, most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival, in case the shipment is held back by them.
